oil pressure at idle

hi all,

historically my oil pressure is about 2 bar at idle - hits 5 bar pretty quick once you build rpms.

driving home yesterday from work - i noticed that by the time was was nearly home - at a stoplight, the pressure was about 1.5 bar. i usually put 20/50 in the car - but i'm sure the mechanic put 10/40 in it, despite my request for 20/50. car doesn't burn oil - such as it's MAYBE 1/2 quart low after 3k miles. the oil was changed only a few hundred miles ago. i checked it after it was changed - it was full. no leaks under the car or anything.

is 1.5 bar at idle a problem?
