The brushes are worn down......typically will work on certain turns, or when
accelerating or braking.....when the motor rotor is forced to move and the
brushes make better contact.
Long term...new motor....or new brushes for the motor...but once you do the
work to open it up and put it back...might as well put in a brand new motor,
