You might want to rehab the shaft bearing/bushings if you are doing this, I had one fan go that the shaft bearing was squealing and the brushes were shot, other one was just the brushes.

Not an Audi part, but probably a Bosch part.
Check with any auto electric shop rebuilding motors and starters.
They are a 5/16" square x ½" long carbon with 1" lead.
