There was a fellow on the forums about two weeks ago trying to sale very
nice silver C5 S6 Avant with 01E six-speed conversion.  He has also
developed a six speed conversion kit for the RS6.

I saw several on craigslist this summer while shopping for my B7 avant, and
I just checked again and see three in California using
www.themccumbers.com/States.htm - don't know if they are "good" results for
anyone actually looking to buy one though.
