Poor running 3B

HI Everyone. I have a 3B in my UrQ and it ran great for quite a while. Recently 
its not running well at all. Car starts right up and idles, but VERY rich and a 
good amount of exhaust smoke at idle (from being so rich). Driving along its 
just OK but as soon as I hit boost, its like turning off the key. It pops and 
sputters and damn near dies until I let off the gas, then it comes back again. 
At idle, if I go WOT instantly, it acts similarly, pops..sputters etc until I 
let off, then it goes back to idle. 


Things Ive tried: New ECU, no change. New MFTS, no change. Checked, double 
checked and triple checked all my powers and grounds to the ECU and they are 
good. Up next is MAF, but not sure how to check it.

Any other things Im missing? Thanks for any tips!
