Poor running 3B

[HJS]

Thanks for the tips guys. I did look for any boost leaks and didnt find any, but 
I gave it a 90% look, not a 100% look. I can look deeper into it this weekend by 
physically taking off some of the hoses. The plugs and wires are new, I forgot 
to mention that, sorry. as are the cap and rotor (correct 3B rotor).

Any good ways to test the MAF and the sending units mentioned?

 Did you check vacuum leaks, turbo hoses and bpv?
