I don't have my Bentley here, but I seem to recall Scott Mockry having a
MAF test.
Since it starts/idles OK, maybe a fuel pump providing inadequate pressure???

I will be pulling the ECU codes this weekend. I did check wiring back to
the
ECU, and its all good, Ill check bently for charts on the sending units. I
dont
recall one for the MAF though, so Im still not sure how to test that.

I havenât looked recently but Bentley may have some procedures. They are
thermistors, I think B may have temp / resistance charts. Do continuity
checks
back to the ECU.
Have you pulled the ECUâs fault codes?
