Wow, that's pretty strict ! Where do you live?
If you didn't destroy the wiring when the Euros went in could you possibly put a yellow bulb on the side marker light and stuff it behind the clear corner, a temporary thing, shhh....or is it a yellow all the time corner what they want?

I am required by motor vehicles in my area to have operational yellow corners...
