resend distributor removal/intake manifold 2nd try

I did it on the car. It was my 91 200 TQ 20V. I've reused the manifold
gasket.

Distributor in place or on the bench?

Do I need the intake manifold gasket if I take the manifold off?

How else do you access the distributor clamp bolt?
