resend distributor removal/intake manifold 2nd try

??Not having a dremel tool at the time, I used one of those mini-hacksaw
blade holders and sawed a slot in the head of the locknut and unscrewed
it--after a couple of doses of SiliKroil penetrating solvent.  I also made a 
tool to more easily access the distributor hold-down nut/bolt.   No longer 
needing the locking
screw I ground  off the lug for it on the distributor hold-down bracket.
