Thanks for the tip. Also, if it is missing, it could easily be replaced by
the metal clip used to block unlockable seat belts for child seats. There is
one hidden behind every child seat

Now that you have your seatback upright check the seatbelt where it goes
into the seatback. There should be a plastic rivit in the belt that keeps
the belt from retracting when you fold the seatback flat. If it is missing
you will have the same problem everytime you fold the seat. Hope this
