Ignition switch???

It can be either, and I've seen both. Typically, I replace the exectrical
part first, as I'ts much simpler and usually the culprit. As mentioned, It
might not hurt to check for power to the starter. You can check it at the
"7" strip in the fusebox. And, for that matter, you can jump power to the
starter there as well, in a pinch.
