200 recirc flap servo mount repair, any pics or how-to's?

Sorry about the triple post. Not sure what happened there.

I bought a couple of the stamped steel vacuum servo anchoring points (p/n 200-271-200) for the recirculation flap system. They didn't come with any instructions, and I'm not sure if there is anything in the Bentley (I'll have to check, but I don't expect to find anything).

Are there any write-ups or how-to's anywhere for installing these things? Actually, does anyone have the official Audi TSB for the repair?

I read some posts that described a right angle drill being helpful to install self-tapping screws into the plastic, but I want to see what additional info there might be before I go diving into it. Maybe it'll be self-evident when I get in there, but I thought I'd ask.

I'm thinking "zap screws" (self-tapping slotted hex head screws) may be the easiest since I can use a ratchet to install them. Not sure how coarse or fine the threads should be, however.

Thanks,

Kenneth

p.s. I didn't get a chance to continue my low boost diagnosis yesterday, but I'm anxious to see what's going on. I am also in the process of getting a valve job on another 3B head, for my long-idle 4ktq project , so I bought a Makita electric die grinder and a porting kit to first clean up the casting. Anyway I thought it was really cool that just a few days after the die grinder showed up, it turned out ot be the perfect tool for removing the anti-tamper cover on the distributor clamp. I suppose a Dremel would have worked, but the die grinder worked beautifully.
