rear caliper option?

I have mine still running as new for at least 5 or more years after they
were rebuild properly by a local shop. Unfortunately with the influx of
cheap Chinese parts the local rebuild  shop went out of business....

Folks, I don’t recall ever seeing one mentioned, but are there any calipers that can be substituted for the OE rust-solid-in-a-year-e-brake mechanism calipers?
Preferably, calipers that don’t rust solid in a year!
Or am I destined to re-build them every year?
