Bomb

After getting my avant at least running the brakes were going between sorta
spongy then normal and cycling back and forth all the while getting better.
What I started thinking was that the bomb is horizontal and it charges
through a small orifice on the aft side. So how does it remove it's bubbles
after you have completely drained the car? From what I can tell the manual
makes no mention of prefilling anything. It just says fill reservoir, start
car, inspect connections, cycle steering lock to lock 10 times and press
brake pedal a bunch of times. Did I miss something?
