how long to swap a rack?

Old Farts work slowly. Its been 6 or more years since last done.
HPH no problem if attached to the rack before rack is bolted down.
One time I spent half day getting control arm to rack bolts started.
The rack rebuild is the easy part, only the high pressure rod seal
need be replaced.
A poor seal design, last time I redesigned it using a backed up
elastomeric
Quad ring replacing the hard plastic ring. So far, so good!
