Removing rear window regulator assy. Help!

Pull the inner door assembly from the outer skin, then you will see the
retaining clip holding the glass in place. This is done iwht the four 8mm
(13mm head) bolts, two facin the interior of the car at the bottom, two at
the top facing forward and backward. There are shims in place as well, you
may want to mark them for position if your memory is like mine :(
