CC head diagnostic only shows 12.0 volts - UPDATE

Finally got around to adding some refrigerant to the AC system and the
climate control head diagnostic channel 11 now once again shows relevant
electrical system voltage.

Channel 11 showing solid 12.0 usually means that there is insufficient
refrigerant in the AC system to engage the compressor.
