Huw Powell odometer repair instructions

Thanks for the tip. I had to use two forks wedged against each other.
The needle itself is permanently molded on a top portion of the shaft. I
initially thought that needle would come of the shaft but in fact needle
shaft slides on top of speedometer shaft. That is why a straight pull is
crucial. I still can't imagine how the whole thing survives tremendous
force required to pull the needle.
