Fuel pump sleeve and tool 3214

The baskets differ, Bob. The S-tank basket has some internal plastic
wings that prevent it from accepting the sleeve holding the pump.
Here's a side-by-side view of the two baskets:

different sleeve for S-cars. I was replacing my leaking 200's tank with
an S-car tank. I put the 200 basket into the S tank so I could use the
sleeve I had.

I removed the sleeve using the 3214 tool. I've read about removing the
sleeve using crossed flat-bladed screwdrivers twisted against eachother
while their blades are in the slots where the 3214 sits.

Does anyone know of a source for it or a way around not having it? Would a basket assembly from an AAN system fit in our tanks? Also tool 3214 seems to be required for removal. A source or way around? I did find a homemade tool here
