Minhea Cotet was the tuner, and Bob Myers in West Virginia was his 'sales guy' here in the States.

MRC was, if I remember correctly, Martin Cotet or something like that.  
I think he sold the business and there now is MRC tuning in England.  
Used to be a list member named Bob something who was Martin's US representative.  I have an ECU MRC tuned that's in a box in my garage in Colorado, but I'm in Michigan right now.  I'll look up the addresses on the box if you can wait a week or so.
