I just realized Bernie specified the "H" valve. I didn't find that version at Autohausaz.com, which he might know by now since it does pull up. So, I guess my post wasn't that helpful.
I don't know if it's in stock, but there is a listing for what might be the best price for an H valve here:
http://www.fastaddiction.com/cgi-bin/sh000001.pl?REFPAGE=http%3a%2f%2fwww%2efastaddiction%2ecom%2facatalog%2fsearch%2ehtml&WD=034906283h&PN=_H__Series_Waste_Gate_Valve%2ehtml%23a444#a444
Note that, as with the J valve, a search for the part number returns two results, one for $95 and another for $120. I canceled my backorder of the J valve, but I picked the cheaper one and it went through. I assumed it was a website issue rather than a different product.
Anyway, as an update to my situation, this morning with the other used N75 valve installed, I had my first overboost. My 30psi gauge went well above 20psi and seemed to spike all the way. I suspect either the N75 valve is sticking or because it's (probably, I didn't check) an "J" version it's too slow for the chipset, which I don't have much information on and may be mapped for the potentially faster-acting "H" version. I'll know more when the new valve comes in.

Currently on sale there for like $105. I opted for the original "J" valve.
