[A4] Radio

I took my 98 2.8 A4 to get my instrument cluster replaced...long story made
short it didn't work out.  The fellow  disconnected battery but didn't put
my radio back in working order.  I have the code number in my owners manual
but don't know what buttons to hit to start the  process to reactivate my
radio.  Can anyone help me out.  Thanks!
