I just received my service recall/service action for my 99 Passat which uses 
the same lower control arm as the Audi A4. However, I have not received 
anything for my 99 A4. There are some qualifications for the Passat lower arm 
service campaign-- the most unsatisfactory one is the program expiration date of 
3-31-06
