[A4] More control arm stuff

If I still had my A4 the ecs would be installed. My experience was it was any control arm at any time. The ecs is not cheap but it gets rid of a pos problem and allows you to correctly set up the suspension if you decide to or already have lowered your car. Its amazing now that I no longer have my A4, which I loved, how much more expensive parts were for that car than any of my others...and the control arms contributed heavily.
