[A4] More control arm stuff

I haven't bought too many parts for my A4, but have purchased lots and lots
and lots parts for my '84 urquattro 20V conversion from Rod at
www.thepartsconnection.com and Scott at www.sjmautotechnik.com .  I highly
recommend both- they know their stuff and have great pricing.

Yup, like, two ball joints needed. 14$ each.

I just replaced three on the A4: 500$ canadian. I need a better parts
source.
