[A4] More control arm stuff

Thought I'd chime in...

Awhile ago i read off a german audi website about the reason for the common
failures of the control arm joints. The mode of failure is due to loss of
lubricant in the joint due to braking heat. Hard braking causes the
lubricant to dryout over time and/or cause the sealing boot to dry out and
fail as well. Audi redesigned the control arms around model year 2000 with
better lubricant and boot materials.

My control arms just started squeaking on my 2000 A4 with 67k miles. I am
going to inject redline CV2 high temp grease through the sealing boots this
weekend which should silence/cure the problem.
