Yeah, and try to find any kind of maintenance schedule of any kind in the
thing...
That said, is the Bentley manual the "factory" manual, the one they use at
the dealers, or is the factory manual a separate thing?

I have always purchased Bentley manual for all of my other cars and have 
been extremely happy. But, so far I am not impressed with the A4 one. 
Maybe I just need to get in a do a little more work on the car. :)
