[A4] No warm-up...?

The sludge issue is real, all right - many owners of newer 1.8T-engined
Audis (and VW's too, I believe) received a limited engine warranty
extension because of this issue. But it's not limited to Audi, I believe
Toyota had a similar issue with one of their V6 engines.
