[A4] CD Player woes...

Anybody had problems with their in dash Audi Symphony CD player? I've got a
2000 A4 with the Bose Symphony system and 6 cd changer. The front loader
keeps giving up on CD's and giving Err 1 message. I've cleaned the laser
(with a cleaner disc) and the problem was intermittent, but now it's far
more frequent. I have a feeling it's giving up the ghost. Any ideas?
