[A4] service notes

[Rocky Mullin]

	so i went in for service.  the airbag light was diagnosed as
the driver's side bag.  i'll try to make them eat the cost, as they
are the only ones who have ever fucked with it.

	the front brake pads were changed.

	the awful grinding sound has been diagnosed as a bent exhaust
heat shield interfering with the driveshaft.  part ($80) is on order.
