[A4] 60k Service Interval

I did my timing belt around 48k because they (the dealership) had 1/2
of my engine apart to replace something else under warranty.  After I
paid for the parts for the TB replacement, I only ended up paying
around $150 for the additonal labor to change the TB.

For that cost, I opted to do it that early.  Now I shouldn't have to
start to worry about it again until 110k.  I don't think that it is
wise to wait until 90k to do the timing belt.   Plenty of people have
had failure in and around the 60-70k milestone.
