[A4] Strange Sounds

Could it be the valve train making noise as it's not being lubricated
properly? This may be one of those 'oil sludge' problems that the latest
warranty extension covers? Not sure how you'd go about checking this
though....

DID THE TIMING BELT, UPDATED TENSIONER, WATER PUMP NOT TOO LONG AGO.  THIS
SOUND IS ONLY WITH THE FIRST FEW ACCELERATIONS EITHER WHEN COLD OR AFTER THE
CAR HAS SAT FOR AWHILE.  THANKS.
