[A4] timing belt questions

How adventurous do you feel Jeff? I purchased the timing belt kit from ECS 
tuning and installed it myself with a friend. Took about 5 hours. Remember 
to do the water pump and thermostat at the same time as it's easy and whilst 
you've got the front of the car off, you may as well replace them. The kit 
costs around 180 dollars, a water pump is around 100 or so....is 900 dollars 
worth it? Well, it would probably take a mechanic about 3-4 hours to do it, 
so 900 is probably about right if not a little steep. One thing I did notice 
when I replaced mine, is that after 62000 the old belt still looked like 
new....(I live in San Diego...not many freeze-thaw cycles down here!!).
