[A4] Fwd: New car considerations

I'm in a similar situation, thinking about purchasing a new A4 and
trading in the old one..I test drove a new 2006 A4 2.0T, very
nice....very nice indeed..but you're right, they're expensive,
especially when you can buy a SAAB for a steal at the moment with the
GM employee pricing stuff...but hey they don't have quattro so what
the hell am I thinking..

I spec'd out a new 2.0T Avant with a dealer, and with the UltraSport
option (18 inch alloys) and all the rest of the packages it's around
40K!! I was shocked to find that you can't get the sunroof/moonroof
without the leather interior!

The 17inch tires will give the car a far nicer/sportier look, but
you'll have a small trade off in the comfort level of the ride...but
the A4 I test drove had the sport suspension and the 17inch alloys and
was a pretty comfortable drive....take one out a see what you think.

The Navigation system in my opinion is a waste of money. What happened
to a Map?
