[A4] Pop up Headlight Washers

Well, how do you generate pressure without a motor/pump/etc?, duh!

To clarify: there are two completely separate pump motors, one that
pressurizes the fluid and squirts it out the windshield washer nozzles, the
other that does the same for the headlight washers (and where the
pressurized fluid not only squirts out the headlight washer nozzles but also
causes the headlight washers to pop up).
