[A4] TipTronic in '99.5 A4q

Doug,

The 99.5 and up cars with automatic transmissions had shifter controls on 
the steering wheel.  Those work ok.  I've heard that there is a 
transmission software upgrade that dramatically speeds up the shift 
action.  We haven't spent the $$ to go there yet.
