[A4] re: thinking of buying a Passat

I don't have a problem with it.  Like all manual transmission cars, once you get used to it, it's 
fine.

BMWs have a clutch delay valve which everyone removes.  If you have the CDV, they can be hard to 
drive smoothly...I removed mine on my 540i 6speed and it made it much better.   

I can drive the allroad smoothly just fine.   I picked it up finally last night.  Drove from Sac to 
Sunnyvale.   Later today I'm taking off for Seattle.
