[A4] Help with reprogramming remote key...

So, I bought a new remote key for my A4 (don't get in a hot tub with
one......) and as the dealership only gave me one key (I bought it used) I
had to get another valet key cut so as to be able to reprogram the remote
control key. Anyway, I try and reprogram the sucker as per the audiworld
tech article and low and behold the lights flash on the car, but the remote
still doesn't work. Am I doing this right or am I missing something? Any
help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
