[A4] Headlight Washer system

Actually, it's not freezing is it?  When I purchased my A4 (in
Atlanta) they filled the washer system with soaping fluid. 
Apparently, the soap does not lower the freezing temperature enough
and I went through about 2 weeks of below 0-15Fo weather with my
bumper washers stuck up.  :/

Just thought I would point out the obvious.
