[A4] Tire Recommendations

I was very satisfied with the Dunlop Sport SP 5000 on both my 2.8Q sedan and 1.8T Avant, especially in the wet! They were quiet, they stuck well in all conditions and I got 35K out of them with fairly aggressive everyday driving. My experience with Pirelli has not been good over the years. They seem to have very spotty quality control, only brand I ever had rupture belts. I currently have super sticky Goodyears on my VW R32 and I find them very good though a bit pricey. The only experience I have with Kumho is with the ASX. They were downright scary in the wet and harsh riding, personally that is enough for Kumho for me. If you can spend the money, dont buy Kumho...if bucks are a concern than they are a decent alternative.
