Allroad is too $$$$. I don't think fixing the road is an easy option:
it's a public road and the rocks that do stick out are like
iceburgs....only 10% is above the surface (judging this by the fact
that a big road grader doesn't budge them) .....so it would be a major
expense to "fix the road".
