[A4] skid plate

I thought of the addition of the metal (aluminum alloy) or plastic (UHD 
polyethylene -- like a kitchen cutting board) plate to the existing pan. 
  My thought was to attach it to the existing pan but use the same 
mounting bolts to bolt everything to the intercooler tube in front and 
then to extend it back to the mounting points of the crossbracket that 
goes under the transmission.  What do you think?
