There are hidden fasteners under the trim for the door interior pull 
handle/arm rest. A
very small trim cover must first be pried out to see the attaching screws. 
For about $100.00 you can buy a Bentley's CD with a complete factory shop manual 
on it or like me buy the complete factory workshop set for a lot more money 
if they are still available. I would never buy a paper shop manual gain -- it 
takes up too much space.
