[A4] Rear bumper

Hi I have a 98 Audi A4 1.8t that has just had the rear bumper damage. The 
cover fell off along with the metal bar. The lower valence seems to be OK 
but the bumper cover has a tear and scratches.

I'm not sure if it is repairable or if I need to buy parts + have it 
painted, installed. etc.  Assuming I have to get new part(s), can anyone 
recommend where I can go to save some money. Is online shopping even an 
option for a part this size?? (I live south of Los Angeles).
