[A4] wireless in my A4

I have a 98 A4 with the same option, yes its for an old analog phone, one of
the ancient Panasonic's if I remember correctly, they came as an option, but
have seen very few of them, so as far as running something "wireless" with
it, not going to happen with out some kind of Analog to Digital converter.

I don't remember your year, but it's most likely for an older AMPS (analog)
phone...barely
supported these days and terrible quality at that.

For the most part, it's probably useless. Your owner's manual should go
into more details about
what types are supported.
