[A4] Service Action JK--belt tensioner

	i don't have to worry about it, fortunately, as mines done and
was paid for by insurance.  i ran the car into a high curb, which broke
a subframe arm and rammed it through the oilpan.  destroyed all the
timing stuff, radiator, you name it.  $13k in repairs, all payed for
by insurance.  happened at 59k.
