[A4] Disc Brake Piston Tool

Whew, that sure does sound like a lot of ca$h.  I usually end up using
a big C clamp and a screwdriver.  Sure it takes a little more time,
but I can think of a whole lot of other things to put that $100 toward
(VAG-COM :).

I have also heard that the Auto-Zone tool works better if you
grind/Dremel off some of the nubs so that it fits on the caliper
better.  Haven't done it myself, so YMMV.
