[A4] ETKA

[Roger Mecking]

I have access to the dealers versions of the ETKA VW/Audi Version 6.31 
on CD, but the software Hardlock crack doesn't work on them, or at least 
I haven't tried long enough to see if I can compile a version with the 
new files and the old hardlock.  If anyone has ideas I'll be happy to 
try them and then make a copy available.
