[A4] Clutch woes...

Well, what do you know....not only last week was I asking whether
people with a K04 had upgraded their clutches or not and mine starts
to wear out! But only under full steam....

Anyway, it's probably time to change it and I was wondering if anybody
has any recommendations about installing a slightly uprated clutch
over stock? I run a Stage 1 APR and was considering getting a new
exhaust system and a K04, so torque should be high. Any experiences
with AWE or ECS?

PS, I've never installed a clutch myself before....is it relatively
painless on the Audi?
